'Het Koelhuis' a former cold store, has asked Louise to develop a cycling route and works of art within the 'Proeftuin Kunst + Landschap' program. The works wore on show during the IJssel Biënnale 2021.

This red work 'Skimmed Landscape' is one of the works she developed for the 'Bont en Boter tour'. Louise thought there should be room for a photographic work within this route. Because she thought the freezing of products, what happened in the cold store, fits well with the principle of photography. In a photo, time is also frozen for a moment. This work 'Skimmed Landscape' is her translation of the landscape.
